RISING COMMUNITY LEADERS
Taking Your Dream & Vision to a Plan
The goal of our Rising Community Leaders (RCL) program is to equip emerging leaders with skills, toolsets, and mentorships to engage in community-building advocacy and projects. The Rising Community Leaders program serves people who are committed to social justice work and are already engaged in some kind of community-building activity, specific to their location.
Our training, coaching, and curriculum is key to translating the learned experiences of our faculty and staff into models of transformation that can be utilized in any culture, community, or city.
Our goal is to hold 2 training sessions per year with 20 individuals in each session and then provide ongoing mentorship over the course of the year.
